3.This is fresh petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of FIR no. 177/2022 dated 18.01.2022 for offences under Section 498-A/406/323/509/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Mundka, Delhi on the basis of
compromise.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file fresh after the divorce decree is passed with mutual consent.
5.The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for, in accordance with law.
