1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.
2. The present petitions under Section 482 of the CrPC seek the following
prayers: -
“a) QUASH the case F.I.R. No.0465 of 202l dated 01/I2/2021 U/S 420/406/34 IPC at P.S. Daryaganj, Delhi and;
b) To stay the proceeding arising out of the case FIR No. 0465 of202l dated 01/12/2021 U/S- 420/406/34 IPC ar Ps. Daryaganj, Delhi c) PASS any other order(s) or further order(s), as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice in view of the facts and circumstances of the present Petition.”
3. Learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the chargesheet in the present FIR has been filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction and the matter is fixed for consideration on point of charge.
4. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seek leave to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to agitate the grounds raised herein before the learned Trial Court in accordance with law.
5. Leave and liberty granted.
6. The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of.
7. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
