3. The Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of BNS, 2023 has been filed for expeditious disposal of the SC No. 506/2024 under Section 376D IPC in FIR No. 181/2024, P.S. Jama Masjid, Delhi and to decide the matter in time bound manner.
4. The FIR was registered on 04.05.2024 and the charge sheet was filed on 03.06.2024 and both the accused were admitted to bail on 07.06.2024 and 27.06.2024 respectively. The case was listed before the Court of Sessions on 02.08.2024. It is pending consideration on charge since 25.09.2024 till date.
5. Hence, prayer is made for making the case to be disposed of in time bound manner.
