1.The present petition has been filed under Sections 482 read withSection 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking pre-arrestbailinrespectofFIRNo.512/2024underSections109(1)/125/333/324(6)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 andSections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Sangam Vihar.
2.At the outset, APP for the State informs the Court that Petitioner hasbeen arrested in connection with FIR No. 9/2025 under Sections 25/27 of theArms Act, 1959 at Police Station, Rajouri Crime Branch.
3.Notwithstanding the aforenoted arrest, counsel for Applicant statesthat in light of the judgment of the Apex Court in Dhanraj Aswani v. AmarC. Mulchandani and Another[1], the Applicant is entitled to seek anticipatory

bail in connection with the present FIR.
4.However, after making some submissions, counsel for Applicantstates that he would like to withdraw the present application and seeksliberty to apply afresh whenever the need so arises.
5.Accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, along with pending application,with liberty as aforesaid.
