1.The Status Report has been filed wherein it has been mentioned thatFIR no. 525/2024 filed under Section 140 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,2023 has been registered on 06.12.2024 with Anti-Human Trafficking Unit.
2.Mr. Sanjay Lao, the learned Standing counsel for the State submits thatthey are conducting searches for the petitioner's mother at various locations,i.e., old age homes, mortuaries, hospitals etc., and will continue to do thesame searches till the mother of the petitioner is traced.
3.In these circumstances, Status Report be filed, before the concernedMagistrate after every 02 months with an advance copy to the opposite side
stating about ongoing investigation in the above mentioned FIR. Needless tostate that investigations be expedited to trace the minor daughter of thepetitioner.
4.With the above directions, the present petition stands disposed of.
