3.The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, seeking grant of Regular Bail till the final disposal of the case bearing no. Sessions Case No. 528/2024, pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (NDPS) North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, arising out of the FIR No. 174/2024 dated 29.02.2024 for
offences punishable under Sections 21/25/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Narela, New Delhi.
4.Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh in the event of substantial change in circumstances.
5.Permission and liberty, as prayed for, in accordance with law, is granted.
6.Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
