petitioner no. 1 and respondent no.2 have compromised all their matrimonial disputes. It is stated by respondent no.2 that towards full and final settlement of all her claims pertaining to her stridhan and alimony etc., she has received complete amount of Rs.6,00,000/- from petitioner no. 1; that marriage between her and petitioner no. 1 stands dissolved by way of decree of divorce and they have no issue born out of the wedlock.
