1.The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that the respondent no.2 be directed to update/rectify the date of birth (i.e. 23.10.2012) of the petitioner in the Aadhar Card, in accordance with the date of birth reflected in her birth certificate and thereafter issue fresh Aadhar Card.
2.It transpires during the course of hearing that the said rectification has been carried out and fresh Aadhar Card has been issued to the petitioner. 3.As such, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed; no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
4.Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
