3.The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of the FIR No. 66/2025 dated 25.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 25 Arms Act at PS IGI Airport.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been apprised that till date the FSL result has not been filed. Thus, at this

stage, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it at an appropriate stage, if needed in future.

5.Permission is granted with liberty as prayed for.
