1.We are happy to note that, pursuant to our Order dated 20.01.2025, the learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, states that the representation of the petitioner to the help desk has been accepted, and considering the medical requirement, the petitioner has been screened from posting till his present regular engagement expiry, that is, till 31.03.2026; and the posting order has also been cancelled.

2.We take the Order dated 06.03.2025 passed by the Squadron Leader (OIC) Head Desk on record.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition.

4.The petition, along with the pending application, stands disposed of.
