1.This is petitioner under Section 528 BNSS, filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of the FIR No. 565/2024 under Sections 376,506, 509 IPC, registered at PS-Paschim Vihar.
2.At the very outset, the learned APP states that charge sheet is ready and likely to be filed very soon without arresting the petitioners and, therefore, the petitioner may make all his submissions before the learned Trial Court at the stage of charge.
3.The learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition seeking liberty to urge all his submissions before the learned Trial Court.
4.The statement made by the learned counsel for petitioner is taken on record and the present petitions is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
