3. The present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks

the following prayers: -

“a. Issue an appropriate Writ, order, or direction directing the Ld. Trial Court to expedite the proceedings and dispose of the pending Trial in Case No.8077/2024 arising out of case FIR No.302/2022, U/s 419/420/120B/34 IPC, P.S. Mukherjee Nagar pending before the court of Ms. Amardeep Kaur, Hon’ble CMM, North District, Rohini Court, New Delhi within time-bound period as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court;

b. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction to the respondent authorities to ensure that no unnecessary adjournments or delays occur in the trial, and that the prosecution produces its witnesses authorities to ensure that no unnecessary adjournments or delays occur in the trial, and that the prosecution produces its witnesses

c. Pass such further order as may be deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.”
