1.This is petition seeking regular bail in SC No. 82/2020 arising out of FIR No. 649/2019 under Section 302 of IPC registered at Police Station Narela Industrial Area. FIR No. 649/2019 under Section 302 of IPC registered at Police Station Narela Industrial Area.

4.Further, even though the petitioner has undergone 5 years 3 months

17 days, the rights guaranteed under Article 21 of Constitution of

India can be sufficiently addressed by requesting the Trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously and hear and dispose of the case.

5.With these directions, the present petition is disposed of.
