The learned counsel appearing for the parties submits that both parties

have come to an amicable settlement vide agreement dated 14[th] May, 2025. Along with aforesaid application, they have annexed copy of the settlement agreement dated 14[th] May, 2025. As per the terms of the settlement, petitioner shall make payment of Rs. 45 Lakhs to the respondent no. 2 on or before 30[th] June, 2025.

2.Both parties present in Court confirm the factum of settlement and undertake to abide and adhere by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement dated 14.05.2025.

3.Mr. Virendra Pal Babbar, Director/ AR of petitioner undertakes to

make payment of Rs. 45 Lakhs to respondent no. 2 on or before 30[th] June,

2025 as full and final settlement amount towards the claim of respondent no. 2 in CC/NIA/4936/2021.

4.Mr. Kunal Bhargava, partner of respondent no. 2 states that respondent no. 2 is ready to accept Rs. 45 Lakhs from the petitioner as full and final settlement of all claims in CC/NIA/4936/2021.

5.Both parties undertake to abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement dated 14.05.2025.

6.Their statements are taken on record.

7.Mr. Yatharth Rohilla, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that

in terms of the settlement, petitioner does not want to pursue its petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same.

8.Statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record and petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

9.Date earlier fixed in the case stands cancelled.
