3.This is an application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of the petitioner seeking grant of regular bail in FIR No. 92/2025 dated 22.02.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered at Police Station Mayur Vihar Phase-1.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to
withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file afresh.
5.Permission and liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
6.The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
