Learned counsel for CBSE submits that vide e-mail dated 14.01.2025 they have already intimated the concerned school that their request regarding correction in Candidates’ Name and Candidates’ Fathers’ Name
has been approved by the competent authority of the Board.
In these circumstances, let petitioners deposit the correction fees along with the original documents of the candidates in their respective schools.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in these circumstances, the petitions may be disposed off with the directions to the school to process the application being submitted by the petitioners.
In view of the above, the present petitions along with pending applications stands disposed off. The schools are directed to process the applications being submitted by the petitioners in accordance with the law.
