2.The present petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner-NasibaIsmatullaeva under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia assailingthe detention receipt Nos. 001240 and 40617, dated 10th February, 2023 and15th February, 2023 respectively, vide which, the goods of the Petitioner,being, two gold chains and one gold bracelet, collectively weighing around218 grams were seized by the Customs Department.
3.This is an application filed by the Petitioner seeking leave to withdrawthe present petition.
4.Ld. Counsel for the Respondent points out that there were certaindefects in the affidavit and there were certain facts which were not revealed.5.Be that as it may, since the Petitioner wishes to withdraw the presentpetition, no order is being passed in that regard.
6.The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
7.The next date of hearing i.e., 10th September 2025, stands cancelled.
