1.Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, besides
various reasons assigned in the application, the Court may consider appreciating that there are seven arbitration proceedings which are being conducted simultaneously. Accordingly, he prays for 18 month extension with effect from 03.08.2025.
3.Mr. Abhinav Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that he has no objection if the mandate is extended for six months.
4.Having considered the reasons assigned in the application, the Court deems it appropriate to extend the mandate of the Arbitrator for period of 12 months from 03.08.2025. Ordered accordingly.
5.Petition stands disposed of.
