3.The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

“(a)Issue writ/direction in the nature of mandamus bydirecting, the respondents to conduct the post mortemexamination of the deceased sister of the Petitioner in anyhospital other than Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital,Mangolpuri, Delhi and/or;directing, the respondents to conduct the post mortemexamination of the deceased sister of the Petitioner in anyhospital other than Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital,Mangolpuri, Delhi and/or;

(b)To constitute committee of doctors which will carry outthe Post Mortem of the deceased without any delay underthe supervision of the hon'ble court.”the Post Mortem of the deceased without any delay underthe supervision of the hon'ble court.”

4.Issue notice. Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned Standing Counsel appearing onbehalf of the State accepts notice and, on instructions from the IO, submitsthat the State has no objection in case this court constitutes Medical Boardin any of the government hospitals for conducting the post-mortem of thedeceased.

5.In view of the above, the Medical Superintendent, Ram ManoharLohia Hospital, New Delhi is directed to constitute Medical Board toconduct the post-mortem of the deceased and the same should be doneexpeditiously. The IO may take necessary steps in this regard.

6.With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.

7.Order be given dasti under signature of Court Master.
