1.This is an application filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of the petitioner, seeking withdrawal of the main bail application.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the bail application, with liberty to file fresh application before the learned Trial Court as there is change in circumstances.

3.Permission and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.Accordingly, the bail application, being BAIL APPLN. 1518/2025, is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending application.

5.The next date of hearing i.e. 18.07.2025 in BAIL APPLN. 1518/2025 stands cancelled.
