3.By way of the present application, the petitioner seeks extension of parole granted to him vide order dated 20.02.2025, for period of three months on medical ground of his wife.

4.Issue notice. The learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State.

5.Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the period of parole granted to the petitioner vide order dated 20.02.2025 is extended for period of one month, on the ground that the wife of the petitioner has to undergo dialysis twice week and there is no one in the family to look after her.

6.Application stands disposed of.
