1.The minor child has been produced before this Court today. Upon being queried, she submits that she wishes to go and reside with her parents.

2.The petitioner, who is the mother of the minor child, is also present in Court and submits that she and her husband are willing to take the custody of the minor child.

3.Accordingly, she is allowed to be in the custody of her parents.

4.At this stage, the learned Standing Counsel submits that the belongings of the minor child are at ‘Nirmal Chhaya’. belongings of the minor child are at ‘Nirmal Chhaya’.

5.It is submitted that the mother of the minor child shall accompany her to collect all her belongings. accompany her to collect all her belongings.
