3.This is fresh petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 filed by the petitioner, for directions to respondent no. 2 to comply with the Order dated 10.01.2023 passed by the learned Principal Magistrate, JJB-III/ Delhi, wherein the learned Magistrate granted final compensation to the petitioner.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks
permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
5.Permission and liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
6.Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
