1.After hearing the parties for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application is already pending before the learned Trial Court seeking:-
a) Retrieval and forensic examination of the chats between accused and the complainant; accused and the real sister of the complainant; accused and the real brother of the complainant, from the accused's mobile phone;
b) Verification and authentication of said chats;
c) Filing of supplementary police report with respect to the above mentioned chats
2.Learned counsel further submits that he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition so as to press the said application before the Trial Court. 3.In view of the statement made, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach this Court again, if so required, after the said
application is decided.
