1.Complainant is the wife of the applicant/accused.

2.Learned APP submits that the complainant has filed complaint before the CAW cell which is pending enquiry and no FIR has been registered till date. That being so, there is no imminent threat of arrest of the applicant.

3.The application for anticipatory bail is therefore not maintainable and is dismissed with the direction that in case FIR is registered, the applicant/accused be granted three days notice in writing, by the Investigating Officer, to enable him to resort to appropriate judicial remedy as per law.
