1.This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the regular bail application i.e., Bail Appln.-4379/2024 which is listed before this Court on 17.07.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits he wishes to withdraw the present application stating that an interim bail application has been moved before the learned Trial Court.

3.Issue notice.

4.The learned APP accepts notice and has no objection to the

withdrawal of Bail Appln.-4379/2024.

5.In view of the above, the present application is allowed and permission to withdraw is granted.
