1.After some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court, in view of the fact that the co-accused in the present case has already been granted bail by the learned Trial Court.

3.The present petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
4.It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. All rights and contentions of the parties are kept open.
