The applicant has applied for bail in case crime No. 250 of 2004 under Section 302 I.P.C. P.S. registered at Police Station Ranipur District Haridwar.
Heard Sri K.S. Verma learned counsel for the applicant Sri S.P.S. Panwar learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
The First Information report shows that the direct role of firing at the deceased has been attributed to the applicant, which find corroboration with the medical evidence.
Keeping in view the averments made in the First Information Report and corroboration in the medical evidence, I find no force in this bail application.
Accordingly, the bail application is rejected .
