The applicant has applied for bail in case crime No. 54 of 2005 under Section 18/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station G.R.P. Kathgodam, District Nainital.
Heard Sri Kailash Joshi, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
This is the second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application was rejected by me on merit vide order dated 10.07.2006. I do not find any new ground to enlarge the applicant on bail at this stage.
Accordingly, the second bail application is rejected.
However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial as expeditiously as possible.
