After arguing for while, Mr. Navneet Kaushik, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks to withdraw this petition from this Court with liberty to the petitioner to move fresh bail application in the trial Court.

Prayer allowed.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is directed that if the petitioner files fresh bail application in the trial Court in four weeks from today, the learned Trial Court is directed to consider it on its merits based upon and in the light of the evidence adduced in the trial so far and dispose it of in accordance with law uninfluenced by any previous order passed on the subject by any Court.
