Respondent no. 2-Sri Lalit Kumar Sahani, Vitt Evam Lehka Adhikari (Basic), Office of Upper Zila Shiksha Adhikari, Haridwar, is present before the Court in person. He has stated that the order passed by this Court has been complied with in to as the entire payment has been made to the petitioner- Km. Bhagwati Negi.

In view of statement given by respondent no. 2-Sri Lalit Kumar Sahani, the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed. The notice issued against respondent no. 2 is hereby discharged.

The explanation by the respondents as well as affidavit of compliance be filed during the course of the day.
