Mr. Kishore Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr. R. C. Arya, the learned brief holder for the State.
Respondent no.3 in the order dated 06.08.2010 has clearly indicated that the competent authority is the Commissioner and that the petitioner’s representation has been forwarded to the Commissioner for appropriate disposal. The petitioner, being aggrieved by this order, has filed the present writ petition.
Nothing has been indicated as to why the Commissioner is not the appropriate authority.
In view of the aforesaid, no interference is called for in the impugned order. The writ petition is dismissed. It is, however, directed that the Commissioner may decide the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
