JUDGMENT

The purpose of this writ petition appears to be obtaining of direction to appoint the petitioner as Head of the Department of Anatomy. It has been stated that the petitioner is the senior most Additional Professor of Anatomy. It has not been shown that an Additional Professor of Anatomy can be appointed as Head of the Department. It has not been shown that there is mandate that Head of the Department is required to be appointed. It has not been stated that according to the sanctioned strength, there is contemplation of appointment of Head of the Department of Anatomy. The writ petition supplies no information, on the basis whereof we can call upon the respondents to answer.
2. The writ petition fails and is dismissed. This order will not prevent the petitioner to re-approach the Court, in the event she has genuine grievance pertaining to curtailing of her rights enforceable by fiat of the Court
