This is 1[st] bail application seeking regular bail in Case Crime No. 75 of 2013 under Sections 380 and 411 I.P.C., P.S. Raipur, District Dehradun.
Mr. Raman Kumar Sah, learned A.G.A. has no objection, if bail application is heard today.
Urgency application No. 2834 of 2013 is allowed.
Mr. Ramji Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant submits co-accused Virendra Thapa was enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 05.07.2013; another co-accused Ashwani Thapa was enlarged on bail by the learned Sessions Judge Dehradun vide order dated 16.07.2013; offences are triable by the Magistrate; applicant is in judicial custody w.e.f. 28.05.2013.
Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct, let the accused/applicant be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Dehradun.
Bail application stands allowed accordingly.
