This is an application seeking regular bail in Case Crime No. 117 of 2013 under Section 364-A IPC, Police Station Kotwali Laksar, District Haridwar.
Mr. B.S. Adhikari, learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been implicated in the present case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused Manoj. Applicant has no criminal history.
Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, bail application is allowed. I direct, let the accused/applicant be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond of `50,000/- and two sureties of like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Laksar, District Haridwar.
