The applicant seeks bail in connection with Case Crime no.496/2013, under Sections 380 & 411 IPC, P.S. Jawalapur, District Haridwar.
Heard learned counsel for the parties, considered the grounds taken in the bail application and perused the documents on record.
The FIR was lodged against unknown persons for the offence punishable under Section 380 IPC (with the inclusion of Section 411 IPC later on when the stolen property was recovered). It is alleged that during the marriage of informant’s daughter, some unknown thieves carried away 324 envelopes, which contained cash. Although, one more criminal case is pending against the applicant, but he is not previous convict. The applicant is in jail since 15.02.2014.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, case of bail is made out in favour of the present applicant. The bail application is allowed. Let the accused-applicant be released on bail on his executing personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Haridwar.
