Heard Mr. Bharat Tiwari, Advocate for the petitioner.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has sought writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the trial court/court of learned IInd Additional District Judge, Nainital to decide S.C.C. No.10 of 2010 Ramesh Chandra Sharma v. Sunil Khanna, pending before him, within the period as prescribed by this Court.
Prayer is innocuous.
Accordingly, I dispose of the writ petition directing the learned IInd Additional District Judge, Nainital to decide S.C.C. No.10 of 2010 Ramesh Chandra Sharma v. Sunil Khanna, pending before him, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
