The applicant before this Court is an accused in Case Crime No.37 of 2014 which has been registered under Sections 302/120B of IPC, at Police Station Patel Nagar, District Dehradun.
Three bail applications of the present applicant have been rejected by this Court. This is the fourth bail application of the applicant.
The only new ground is that in the ongoing trial certain witnesses have turned hostile. This, however, is not the ground to enlarge the applicant on bail.
Accordingly, the fourth bail application is hereby rejected.
It is made clear that any observations made by this Court are only for the purposes of bail. It shall not be taken into consideration at all in any other proceedings.
