Correction Application being MCRC No. 101 of 2015 has been filed with the prayer that the learned counsel for the applicant may be permitted to correct the word and figures ‘304B IPC’ in place of ‘304 IPC’ in the bail application. The application is allowed. Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make the necessary corrections as prayed for.

Accordingly substitute the word and figures ‘304B IPC’ in place of ‘304 IPC’ in the order dated 20.07.2015 also.
