Mr.Suresh Chandra Bhatt, Advocate, present for the petitioner.

Mr.N.P.Shah, Standing Counsel,

present for the State.

The petitioner is working as Lab Bearer in Government Degree College at Khatima Udham Singh Nagar. He seeks promotion to the post of Lab Assistant for which he has moved representation before respondent no.2-Director Higher Education, Uttarakhand Government, which is still pending.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed with the direction that respondent no.2-Director Higher Education, shall decide the representation of the petitioner within period of three weeks, in accordance with law, i.e. three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
