Applicant Aftab Kureshi seeks bail in connection with case crime no. 144 of 2016, under Section 3/5/11 of Uttarakhand Cow Progeny Protection Act, registered at Police Station, Banbhoolpura Haldwani, District Nainital.
Heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the documents brought on record and considered the grounds taken up in the bail application. Allegation against the present accused-applicant, who is named in the FIR along with three other accused, is that beef and hide of cow was found from bag kept on the scooty, which was being driven by the present applicant.
The applicant was arrested on 18.08.2016 and is not previous convict.
In view of the above circumstances, case The bail application is allowed.
for bail is made out in favour of the present applicant.
Let the applicant be released on bail on his executing personal bond and furnishing two reliablesureties, each of like amount to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned.
