The case of the petitioner is that he has not been paid the salary for certain period.

It has come in the impugned Annexure No.15 dated 03.07.2013 that the petitioner has not worked at all for the last 17 years.

According to the petitioner he was re-engaged but there is no contemporaneous material to support his contention.

Accordingly, there is no merit in this writ petition and the same is hereby dismissed.
