Since, Mr. Rajendra Kotiyal, Advocate for the applicant was appointed as State Information Commissioner, therefore, the administrative notice was issued to the applicant, videorder dated 03.06.2014. The said administrative notice was served upon the applicant.

Still nobody is present to press the present application under Section 482 Cr. P.C.

Since, there is no representation on behalf of the applicant, therefore, this Court has no other option but to dismiss the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. The same is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
