Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to extend time for filing undertaking on the ground that he has received copy of the earlier order only yesterday. The same is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondents.

Time Extension Application (MCC No.864 of 2017) is allowed.

week’s further time is granted to the petitioner to file undertaking as directed earlier. No more time shall be granted for the same.
