This criminal miscellaneous application under Section 482 of Cr.PC has been filed for quashing the impugned charge sheet dated 16.12.2017 along with summoning/ cognizance order dated 19.12.2017 as well as further proceedings of the criminal case no.1170 of 2017 (Case Crime No.191 of 2016), under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar.

During the course of the argument, learned senior counsel for the applicants confined his prayer to the extent that direction may be issued to the lower Court to decide the bail application of the applicants on the same day.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondent-Praneet Kaur (informant) stated that he has no objection, if the bail is granted to applicants on the very same day.

In these circumstances, the present criminal misc. application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of finally with the direction that, in case, the applicants put their appearance before the Court concerned on or

before 10.12.2019 and move an application for bail, the Court concerned will dispose of the bail application of the applicants on the same day, as per law, keeping in view, that it is matter between the daughter and parents and complainant has no objection if the bail is granted to the applicants on the very same day. The applicants have right to move an application for discharging them at the appropriate stage.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
