Mr. Saurabh Kumar Pandey, Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand.

This petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing F.I.R. dated 18.01.2018 in Case Crime No. 12 of 2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, registered at Police Station Cantt., District Dehradun.

Learned Brief Holder appearing for the State makes statement at the bar that, upon completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed only against petitioner no. 3. He submits that since no material was found against petitioner nos. 1 & 2, therefore, they have been exonerated and no charge sheet has been filed against them.

In view of the statement of learned Brief Holder, this criminal writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
