Heard.

This is the second bail application moved on behalf of the applicant Naem for seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.203 of 2017 dated 09.07.2017 relating to offence punishable under Section 7, 8 of POCSO Act and one punishable under Section 354 and 354 (ka) of IPC, registered at P.S. Ramnagar, District Nainital

First bail application of the applicant has been dismissed by the Court for want of prosecution vide order dated 27.02.2018.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is undergoing blurring of vision with acute chest pain. An affidavit to this effect has been filed by learned counsel for the applicant, along with which the counsel has annexed the medical report of the applicant, which is annexure No.1 to the supplementary affidavit.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant, in the opinion of the Court, the applicant should be released on short term bail for period of twenty days only, instead of regular bail.

Consequently, let the applicant be released on short term bail for period oftwenty days only, which shall be counted from the date of his release, on his executing personal and furnishing two sureties each of like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.

It is directed that on completion of the aforesaid period, the applicant shall surrender before the Superintendent of the Jail concerned forthwith. Second bail application stands disposed
