WPMS No. 812 of 2019Hon’ble Alok Singh, J.
Mr. Ajay Veer Pundir, Advocate for
the petitioner.
Mr. Karan Anand, Advocate for the
Union of India/respondent no.1.
Mr. Yogesh Pandey, Addl. CSC for
the State of Uttarakhand.
After arguing for while, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the extent that the petitioner may be permitted to file representation within one week before the District Magistrate concerned for redressal of his grievance and the District Magistrate be directed to decide the same within stipulated period.
Prayer being innocuous is granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing that if the petitioner moves representation before the District Magistrate concerned within period of one week from today, the same shall be decided by the District Magistrate by passing reasoned and speaking order, within period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order alongwith representation. It is directed that the decision so taken by the District Magistrate concerned on the representation of the petitioner shall be communicated to the petitioner at the earliest date.
