Mr. D.C.S. Rawat, Advocate for the petitioner.
Mr. P.S. Bohara, A.G.A. along with Mr. Lalit Miglani, Brief Holder for the State. Learned Government Counsel, on the basis of instructions, submits that in the present matter, the Investigating Officer, after completion of investigation, has submitted the charge-sheet against the petitioner.
In view of the above, present writ petition has rendered infructuous. Same is accordingly dismissed.
