Mr. Lalit Belwal, Advocate for the petitioner.
None for the respondents.
These are three Writ Petitions, which almost entail the common question of facts and law.
Writ Petition No. 316 of 2013, arises out of an order dated 16[th] January, 2013, passed in Revenue Revision No. 113 of 2009-10; Writ Petition No. 317 of 2013, arises out of the Revisional Court’s order dated 16[th] January, 2013, as rendered in Revision No. 114 of 2009-10 and Writ Petition No. 318 of 2014, arises out of the Revenue Revision No. 122 of 2009-10, and as consequence of the impugned orders, it has resulted into dismissal of the Appeal for want of prosecution. Be that as it may.
Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner, had made statement that since the dispute, in question, was dispute inter se between the real brothers, and they have now settled their dispute outside the Court, consequently, he has prayed for that the Writ Petitions may be dismissed in view of the aforesaid subsequent developments.
These Writ Petitions are closed in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Order accordingly. Writ Petitions are dismissed.
Let copy of the order be placed in connected files.
